Producer Specialist

Job Summary

The COE Producer Specialist balances strategic operational expertise and effective team management to lead projects and align resources. This role helps facilitate the work of a Center of Excellence (COE) of 20+ team members.

80%: Project leadership: Strategically partner with COE and key partners (agencies, other COEs) to deliver projects. Clarify project scopes & objectives. Establish project plans & timelines. Lead cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, identify interdependency challenges & risks. Manage timelines and conduct post-mortems.

10%: Stakeholder and Resource management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Provide project updates to senior stakeholders and identify people resource constraints and opportunities.

10%: Thought leadership and process improvement: Bring project and resource management “outside in” thinking to the team and broader organization. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion project management software and process adoption

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills (to be able to perform this job):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing or related role

  • Strong project management and attention to detail with ability to move projects and timelines forward

  • Proactive communicator with stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication

  • Exceptional intern personal skills 

The salary range for this role is $79,200 - $118,800
