The Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division is seeking a Business Development (BD) Operations Analyst. This position will be a direct report to the Division BD Operations Manager and will perform a variety of operational and pipeline analysis tasks in support of the Division’s Business Units (BU) (BU Sr. Managers, BD Leads, Capture Leads). You will play a key role in supporting the Division BD team in a variety of ways including SDS BAP pipeline analysis, tracking, and metrics reporting; tools training and support; and assisting with other operations and project management duties. The preferred location for this position is in Roy, UT, at the Roy Innovation Center Campus, and relocation assistance available. Will also consider remote work with the ability to travel 10% as required to support work.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00Salary Range 2: $107,800.00 - $161,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
