OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Gestionar, la mejora, la reingeniería o generación de procesos a través del análisis, rediseño, implementación, evaluación y ajuste de actividades alineadas a la estrategia de la dirección de operaciones.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Identificar, procesos críticos para el negocios, seleccionando los procesos, por el impacto en el funcionamiento del negocio.
Diseñar nuevos procesos buscando mejoras disruptivas, identificando indicadores, controles. Corrigiendo o mejorando la gestión de los procesos.
Implementar los nuevos procesos, ajustando las tareas, generando soluciones automatizadas o nuevos proyectos. Estableciendo nuevos flujos de trabajo, eliminando manualidades, mitigando riesgos y generando indicadores de comportamiento.
Evaluar y ajustar, las soluciones, tareas, controles, indicadores y nuevas actividades implementadas. Para asegurar que se logran los objetivos planeados en cada reingeniería de procesos realizada y realizar los ajustes en caso de ser necesario.
