Saab’s Surveillance U.S. Division in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer with a focus on test automation development, . The successful candidate will:
Execute software and/or hardware testing at various levels of the build process with a key focus on developing automated test suites, test tools, and test support software
Support integration activities, troubleshooting and regression testing.
Identify, generate and validate test tools as necessary.
Develop integration & test plans and procedures and supporting test scripts.
Write test reports documenting the results of automation validation events.
Analyze requirements and develop automation verification strategies
Compensation: $48.85 - $63.46 hourly
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline is required.
10+ years of experience in a technical/engineering environment.
Familiarity with LabView and Matlab.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across disciplines and organizations.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
