The AI Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst within Micron’s Global Development Center serves as a primary facilitator for AI project requests originating from international business units. This position guides stakeholders through the established AI intake process, ensuring adherence to Micron’s security requirements and effective management of time-zone variances. The role is instrumental in maintaining equitable access to the EnableAI program globally and advancing AI initiatives in alignment with Micron’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Global Intake Liaison: Act as the contact for AI project submissions from the Global Development Center and international business units, ensuring clear guidance through the intake process regardless of language or time-zone differences.
Regional Feasibility Assessment: Conduct initial feasibility and governance evaluations of AI business enablement requests.
Cross-Regional Coordination: Maintain consistent communication with the U.S.-based intake lead and analysts, coordinating global project prioritization.
Project Transition Planning: Collaborate with program managers and technical teams to coordinate approved project transitions, ensuring that all requirements and constraints are clearly documented and communicated to relevant execution teams.
Decision Communication: Deliver clear, considerate feedback regarding proposal outcomes, offer constructive recommendations for proposals requiring revision, and contribute to the enhancement of intake documentation for improved global accessibility.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business analysis, project coordination, IT consulting, or a related discipline, preferably with exposure to multinational or multicultural environments.
Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in managing intake processes, eliciting requirements, and succinctly presenting feasibility findings to diverse audiences, including bridging language or technical understanding gaps.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language pertinent to Micron’s global operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms and risk assessment methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
