Job Overview

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s technology strategy and landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to provide architecture guidance that enables the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions that align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Design and Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end architectures that align with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain enterprise architecture models, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the IT landscape.

  • Leadership and Guidance:

  • Participate in design efforts and provide architecture leadership.
  • Participate in the governance and execution of the architecture review process.
  • Lead analysis and presentation of technology selection.
  • Formulate logical descriptions of problems and recommend optimum solutions.
  • Collaborate with value stream and solution architects.

  • Architecture guidance:

  • Develop architecture packages that provide guidance in the form of documented standards, policies, building blocks, and architectural patterns.
  • Lead architecture workshops and forums with the greater architecture community.
  • Align business needs with IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an Enterprise Architect or senior Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) with TOGAF certification strongly desired.
  • Understanding of business process modeling.
  • Technical leadership. The ability to guide a matrixed team through developing a solution to a complex problem.
  • Proven experience interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in software development, cloud technologies, and infrastructure design.
  • Azure and AWS cloud certification.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, microservices, big data, and AI/ML.
  • Experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Bizzdesign).
  • Experience developing cloud native architectures.
  • Deep experience developing and delivering presentations on complex topics to executive level audiences.
