The Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) department is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 2 to join our team based out of Linthicum, or Annapolis Junction, MD.
What You'll Get To Do:
This is a dual-role technical manager position. Management duties will require tasking and coordination of approximately 8-15 engineers, and process and resource coordination with functional homeroom management. The manager will also be expected to perform technical work on programs. It is anticipated that given the size of the functional team, the split between program and functional duties will be approximately 80/20, on average. The direct program work may include technical work, IPT leadership, or any other appropriate technical function.

Salary Range: $149,400.00 - $234,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
