Responsibilities

As part of our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on services and UX for both customer-facing products and internal AIOps tools. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Design and build reliable, fault-tolerant APIs that scale to meet the needs of our users
  • Developing intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces with React and GraphQL.
  • Collaborating closely with other full-stack engineers, data scientists, and product designers to deliver seamless, integrated experiences.
  • Building and refining internal AIOps tools to support data collection, monitoring, annotation, analysis, and testing
  • Enhance observability and monitoring to ensure system health, performance, and rapid issue resolution
  • Stay curious and current, always learning new technologies and best practices to sharpen skills
  • Put users first, ensuring customer needs are at the heart of development decisions
  • Commit to ongoing training in areas like privacy, ethics, and security to uphold user trust and product integrity 

Key Qualifications: 

  • BS/MS degree in CS or related technical discipline or equivalent years of experience 
  • 1+ years of professional development experience designing, coding and debugging RESTful APIs  
  • 1+ years of professional development experience designing, coding and debugging React + TypeScript applications  
  • 1+ years of working on modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Azure experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of working with a database system (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders
  • API development experience using C# or TypeScript is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Kubernetes-based microservices architecture and distributed systems is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with any observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) to track performance and troubleshoot issues is a plus

  • The base pay for this position is $94,000 to $120,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
