What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will act as a strategic architect for customer growth, owning a dedicated book of business within the Transporeon division. You’ll have the unique opportunity to champion the "Voice of the Customer" across Trimble’s entire product ecosystem, directly shaping how industry leaders adopt cutting-edge SaaS solutions to solve real-world logistical challenges.


Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Success: Foster long-term growth through high-level business value conversations and proactive customer adoption planning.
  • Champion Account Health: Execute comprehensive reviews to assess system utilization, identify value opportunities, and mitigate churn threats.
  • Expand Portfolio Footprint: Spearhead up-sell and cross-sell initiatives by identifying "white space" and deploying thorough account plans across the wider Trimble organization.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Subject Matter Experts and product teams to translate customer needs into tangible product improvements and industry trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 4/5+ years of proven success in Account Management, ideally within a Logistics, LogTech or SaaS environment.
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish with professional proficiency in English. French would be nice to have but not mandatory.
  • You possess a proven track record of developing strategies to maximize technology solution value for assigned accounts.
  • You demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and end-users.
