As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market trends and client needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and deliver impactful technology solutions is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization techniques.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on complex enterprise transformations.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
