Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The professional collaborates with different teams to identify root causes and implements effective solutions, maintaining the reliability and performance of critical applications throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
