Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines, resolving challenges, and continuously improving application functionality to support organizational goals. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex requirements and drives the project from conception through deployment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting in Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
