Job Description Summary:

This position will provide administrative assistance in supporting departments across the OhioHealth system by utilizing standard work and critical thinking to proactively deploy designated resources to the greatest need. This position will manage information, material resources, and human capital and facilitate the flow of information to and from care sites, OhioHealth associates and leaders throughout the OhioHealth system.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED, No Degree or Diploma
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Typing competencies (> 40 words per minute)
  • Advanced word processing and spreadsheet experience
  • Evidence of strong organizational/prioritization skills
  • Time management
  • Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to utilize formal and informal communication methods
  • Demonstrated customer service  and telephone skills
    • Pertaining to both internal and external customers
