We are seeking a Client Group Lead, Products in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver or Montreal to lead Avanade’s Products Client Group in Canada, driving growth across consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, and industrial clients. This role is accountable for client success, portfolio growth, and expanding Avanade’s presence with product‑focused organizations navigating digital, data, and AI‑enabled transformation.

As Client Group Lead, you will shape client strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure delivery excellence while building strong industry capabilities aligned to Microsoft platforms and Avanade’s innovation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Industry Leadership

  • Own executive relationships across the Products Client Group, serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Understand client value chains — from R&D and supply chain through manufacturing, sales, and customer experience.
  • Position Avanade as a strategic partner for large, complex Products organizations.

Business Growth & Sales

  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and account expansion across the Products portfolio.
  • Increase the number and scale of MVC and growth accounts through disciplined account segmentation.
  • Improve sales effectiveness, deal quality, and long‑term client value creation.

Delivery & Financial Performance

  • Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable outcomes across engagements.
  • Partner with Delivery and Solution leaders to scale offerings while maintaining quality and margin.
  • Own Client Group financial performance, including growth investments and profitability.

Ecosystem & Capability Building

  • Partner with Accenture and Microsoft to co‑create industry‑specific solutions and GTM strategies.
  • Build Products‑focused industry capabilities, architecture skills, and advisory offerings.
  • Bring innovative Microsoft‑enabled solutions (data, AI, cloud, ERP, CX) to Products clients

  • Senior leadership experience in Products industries (consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or industrial).

  • Proven success leading complex client portfolios and driving sustained growth.

  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C‑suite stakeholders.

  • Track record of leading large, matrixed sales and delivery organizations.

  • Experience partnering with global ecosystems and platform‑based solutions.

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
