Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Client Relationship Manager builds and maintains valued relationships with clients and their key decision makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service that complements Teros’ values and brand
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for Teros clients
  • Provide ongoing professional guidance and oversight of client retirement plans
  • Lead client implementations and service provider conversions
  • Prepare quarterly investment review analysis and provide to client
  • Conduct periodic Investment Review meetings, in person and via telephone
  • Complete and present reviews of investments, provider benchmarking and fee analyses
  • Recommend investment changes, as appropriate
  • Consult with Plan Sponsors on plan provisions/design options
  • Manage relationships with retirement plan providers and their service teams

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Extensive professional expertise related to Retirement Plan rules and compliance
  • Success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail orientation and strong organizational emphasis
  • Ability to prioritize, meet due dates and manage multiple, competing tasks
  • Adept at conflict resolution and negotiation 
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Four year college degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in managing 401(k)/Defined Contribution plans
  • Minimum license requirements of FINRA Series 65 or 66 license
  • Travel may be required

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
