Order Management Specialist with French (All genders)

Your role:

• Accurate and timely order entry in SAP

• Coordination of the end‑to‑end order delivery process

• Close cooperation with key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)

• Investigation and resolution of customer queries

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Participation in process improvement projects

You're the right fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or a vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience

• Previous experience in Order Management (a strong plus)

• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Strong communication skills

• English at B2 level and French at C1 level

• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (nice to have)

• Cultural awareness and a proactive mindset
