Job Description

BS, Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Process, track, and submit invoices in accordance with university policies and procedures.
Assist admissions staff with application management, document collection, and data entry.
Support certificate program admissions through starting reports, following up on missing documents, and contacting applicants as needed.
Coordinate and communicate with certificate program counselors to ensure timely support for prospective and admitted students.
Help prepare admissions materials, correspondence, and reports as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Support special projects and events hosted by the Admissions Office.

Job Title: Admissions Graduate Assistant

Position Summary:
The Admissions Graduate Assistant provides administrative support to the Admissions Office to ensure efficient operations and a welcoming experience for prospective students. This position plays a key role in supporting certificate program admissions by assisting with report preparation, document follow-up, and applicant communication, while supporting general admissions processes, including front desk coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn university systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
