The Role
euNetworks is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to be part of our successful enterprise sales team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, developing your relationships to grow the account through cross selling. You will also manage and protect existing revenues by building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will proactively schedule and conduct structured remote meetings with your customers to review account performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure achievement of clearly defined KPIs.
This is a diverse and challenging sales role where attention to detail and an overriding passion for building inspiring customer relationships are needed, along with a positive "can-do" attitude towards the daily demand to multi-task.
As your understanding of the company and its product offerings deepens, there is ample room for career advancement, presenting exciting prospects to transition into a more senior role within the sales organisation.
What will you be doing?
Team structure: You will be providing guidance and support to Sales Administration, graduates and sales trainees. You will receive guidance and support from Account Managers and Directors, Sales leaders and other relevant stakeholders i/e Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Bid Management
