We are searching for the best talent for SUPPLY CHAIN MAKE DDL I to be in Ciudad Juarez.

Purpose:

Under the direction of Supply Chain Systems Operations Manager, this position is responsible for Optimize the execution of critical transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX regulations. Implement controls to identify and rectify errors through updated procedures or system modifications. Enhance the DDL process by ensuring accurate implementation of data and parameters.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Follows and observes all regulatory requirements (GMP’s, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility.
  • Comply with J&J Safety/Environmental Requirement and safe working conditions and practices in the department.
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
  • Interacts and collaborates with other functional departments to resolve constraints that may stop or delay
  • Defines opportunities, analyzes data with cross functional partners and implements improvements.
  • Leads change, connects with others and shapes the environment. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge of the manufacturing process and functions of various processes supporting the operation.
  • Leads and/or supports the completion of improvement projects.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of factors for growth and enhance operational processes related to ERP transactions, process quality and other relevant metrics.
  • Demonstrates understanding of common engineering analysis tools such as statistical process control (which are applied in conjunction with continuous improvement principles). production, including material, personnel, and process issues.
  • Identifies and coordinates cost improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and support for the timely and effective introduction of new products and the transfer of existing processes to the site.
  • Must be able to work under pressure achieving consistently high results through individual and team efforts.
  • Coordinates the investigation and implementation of preventive and corrective actions that result from production non-conformances, audit observations, CAPA and others.
  • Prioritize site-specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions to ensure accurate execution of system transactions.
  • Collaborate for continuous improvement and value creation to support the growth and enhance operational processes related to ERP transactions.
  • Connect with MDM, Supply Chain, and NPI functions to maintain an agile and robust DDL process.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific, technical journals, and financial reports. Ability to write reports with technical emphasis.
  • Requires proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation, listening, negotiating and Problemsolving/ decision-making skills.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • BS Degree in Engineering
  • 0-2 years of overall business professional experience is required. Experience and knowledge of the manufacturing process and understanding of information flow through the ERP system.
  • Understanding / Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Trouble Shooting concepts. Ability to work in cross-functional team to complete projects

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and
AFFILIATIONS

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Green Belt Certification or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Advance computer skills and use of software applications such as but not limited to AutoCAD, Excel(including Charts/Graphs), ERP System, LCM related Software (e.g. Adaptiv, Syniti), Minitab and Word.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with FDA, BSI, ISO and GMP requirements.
