Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Health & Wellbeing Specialist, you play a key role in administering and supporting the Arc’teryx employee experience through our Canadian group benefits plans, leaves, wellness and retirement savings programs. As our team supports the North America region, there is opportunity to support US programs and initiatives. You support the full cycle of program design, delivery and implementation, administration, communication, and reporting, as well as input to policy development and process improvements.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office with occasional onsite support at our ARC’One distribution centre in New Westminster and is open to hybrid remote work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
