Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development, from initial design to deployment and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite components.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and microservices within the SAP ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration scenarios to ensure high performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
