Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Engineering Intern to join our Customer Validation team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our web-based dashboard and developing server-side tests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. Position is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feature Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and test new features for our web-based dashboard.
  • Server-Side Testing: Develop and execute tests to ensure the reliability and performance of server-side applications.
  • Customer Validation: Assist in validating customer requirements and ensuring that our solutions meet their needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for new features and test procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the web dashboard and server applications.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Understanding of server-side technologies and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
  • Previous internship or project experience in a related field.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$33.23 - $42.42

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
