Join our team as a Design & Engineering Manager for Digital infrastructures and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the design and engineering aspects of our projects. KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Define the Ferrovial design standard solution for Data Centers.
  • Optimize this design to achieve cost and schedule efficiencies.
  • Selection and ranking of engineering firms for Data Centers
  • Define the Production Design Procedure for DC.
  • Set the Digital Design Plan. Tools and software to be used.
  • Implement and manage a digital platform for efficient documentation management.
  • Settle the DfmA strategy in the design solution.
  • Promote safety, sustainability, and energy-efficient design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and certifications
  • Provide guidance and support to the Construction & Commissioning Lead.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for design and engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar technical designs.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in Commissioning processes for Data Centers,  and relevant design software and tools.
  • Familiarity with BIM and design coordination.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency principles.
