Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. You engage with stakeholders to provide strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value opportunities. Your role includes developing and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that organizations achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Support the development and refinement of technology frameworks and best practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches for enterprise platform enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise platform requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- or function-specific technology assets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality consulting services within established timelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
