Job Summary:
The IT Field Support Technician II is responsible for installation, support, inventory, system enhancements and management of networked and non-networked hardware i.e. desktops, printers, peripherals, management of networked system/infrastructure i.e. WAN/LAN, cabling infrastructure, connectivity, etc. Installation, support, inventory, and management of local system applications. In addition, the IT Field Support Technician II is responsible for problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with the end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner. Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support. Point of escalation for the IT Field Support Technicians. All other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Education:
High school diploma or Equivalent Required and
Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science degree preferred in Information Systems or related field Preferred

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Additional License(s) and Certification(s):
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 4 years in customer service / IT Support Preferred
Required Minimum Skills:
Desktop operating systems, hardware, printers and peripherals, desktop applications (i.e. Microsoft Office products etc.) Networking environments, and Microsoft.
Infrastructure experience with configuration, management, and troubleshooting connectivity related issues.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills.
The individual must be able to communicate and have good team building skills.
