What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of at least 5 members provide guidance mentorship and support to ensure successful project execution and team development
  • Oversee the entire application life cycle, including design, development, support, and enhancement ensure that all stages meet quality standards and align with business goals
  • Perform detailed process analysis and gather business requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and configure digital applications based on gathered requirements. Ensure applications meet functional and performance criteria
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies including all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) such as design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
  • Act as a technical lead providing expertise and direction in application development ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the project life cycle


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar technical discipline
  • At least FOUR (4) years of leadership/management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team performance
  • In-depth understanding of the application design, development, support, and enhancement lifecycle
  • Strong track record as a technical lead including performing process analysis, gathering business requirements, and developing/configuring digital applications
  • Experience working within agile framework Across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong technical skills in application design and development proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in the development process.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ability to identify areas of process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Familiarity with advanced application development practices and emerging technologies
  • Relevant certifications in software development, agile methodologies, or project management (e.g., PMP, scrum master) are a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills to address technical challenges and develop innovative solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
