Job Description​

Saint Luke’s Health System is an innovative health system with a vision of The Best Place To Get Care.  The Best Place to Give Care.  We are currently looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Administrator to join our team with Allen County Regional Hospital in Iola, Kansas and Anderson County Hospital in Garnett, Kansas located about 1.5 hours from Kansas City.  These locations known for their rich community life with deep traditions and friendly residents.  The population of each community is approximately 6,000 people. In this position, you would enjoy the trust and support of these communities.  As a Hospital Administrator with Allen County Regional Hospital and Anderson County Hospital, you would report to the CEO of the Critical Access Region and would also serve as a member of hospital executive council.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership and operation of Allen County’s and Anderson County's services and departments.
  • Accountable and authorized to ensure that the entity achieves its defined goals consistent with our mission, vision and values.
  • Maintains effective operations that are aligned with Saint Luke’s Health System and consistent with corporate compliance standards.
  • Understand the requirements, regulations, benefits and guidelines associated with the designation of being a Critical Access Hospital
  • Be an inspirational and strategic leader that is able to inspire co-workers and employees to implement new ideas and maintain superior patient care to meet the hospital and community needs.
