About the role and team:

Join our dynamic team as a Division Producer, where you'll lead production efforts for our largest global brands. Reporting to the Production Lead, you'll closely collaborate with the wider team, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful content production.  

As the Division Producer, you possess expertise in global and local brand campaign production cycles, emphasising your passion for crafting engaging creative across e-commerce platforms. Your role requires a deep understanding of the production and delivery processes for digital media. You'll spearhead project management, assessing campaign volumes, and scoping while reviewing production schedules and providing direction to Project Managers. Your role involves tailoring bespoke timings based on local market lead times and resource availability.   

You'll maintain close coordination with the design team to ensure adherence to campaign milestones, quality standards, and timely delivery. As a motivating force within the team, you'll inspire your direct reports to excel in their roles, while facilitating effective communication across the team to align with overarching production objectives. Acting as the central point of contact, you'll relay status updates, risks, and challenges of all campaign deliverables, including resource considerations, while escalating production issues to the Production Leads. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Overall responsible for the division production and delivery, supporting the Project Lead to deliver a high volume of assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. 
  • Support Production Lead on project planning, status, risks, and challenges. 
  • Client communicator for detailed timeline-specific project queries. 
  • Creating production timelines according to SLA’s, building pipeline campaign forecasts to identify production peaks to resource PMs accordingly. 
  • Briefing the PMs campaign specifics, timings and scope. 
  • Overseeing and signing off PMs adapted timings based on local market nuance. 
  • Tracking pre-production tasks such as translations, master approvals and market participation. 
  • Coordinating with the Syndication team for Opera upload and full delivery to the retailers. 
  • Coordinate with the transcreation team 
  • Escalating resource shortfalls to Production Lead and the brand’s stakeholders. 
  • Overseeing and tracking PMs delivery progress, feeding status reports Production Lead and the brand’s stakeholders. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Lead production & delivery, ensuring direction, control, and effective communication throughout the process. 
  • Oversee digital campaigns, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels. 
  • Provide PM team leadership and line managing up to 3 reports. 
  • Drive campaign execution, and closure, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery. 
  • Lead daily stand-up calls with the design team, ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the Production Lead. 
  • Review campaigns, familiarise yourself with forecast data, to drive foresight of production. 
  • Support the Production Lead and the Account Director on campaign kick-off calls, assisting on out-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed. 
  • Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guideline changes, while rolling out local campaigns re-iterating SLAs. 
  • Support Production Lead and Account Director with cost estimates for additional resource where needed. 
  • Champion automation and future-facing ways of working.  

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media. 
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
  • Experience working with multiple campaigns and languages. 
  • Demonstrated production experience on global brands with line management experience.  
  • Strong account & project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaign production lifecycles, with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agile methodology. 
  • Proficiency forecasting, resource management and project burn rate. 
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
