About the role

This core position scope objectives:

  • Install base refreshment project manager

  • Work with regional focal for better UTK coverage and cost saving

  • UTK Control Tower owner: E2E responsibility for improving UTK inventory management working with WW regional teams

  • UTK IB Development management: Tableau BI tool for Indigo division and Power BI for PWI BI tool owner, creating reports and tools developments

  • Lead role for EMEA Channel Spare part management (CSSP) responsible for designing Channel Parts Kit that delivers target customer service level via tight cooperation with HP regional service teams; for monitoring KPI performance in conjunction with channels and taking required actions

  • Support new AI strategy activities

Key responsibilities:

  • Assure indirect customer service level for channel using service parts program with a tight cooperation with HP regional service teams

  • Monitor regional service level KPI with the channels and initiate corrective actions

  • Implement E2E channel package refreshes and returns with the channels, service, finance and WH partners

  • Manage BI Tool for improved control and management of SUTK (smart up time kit) customers

  • Lead role for enhanced parts management solutions Assure decision making based on UTK performance analysis

  • Become a BI expert using Tableau and power BI

  • Monitor regional UTK KPI with the regions and take required actions Assure on site parts management activity for end customers, following all relevant KPIs and corrective actions

  • Create and implement BI Tool for improved control and management of our SUTK customers

  • Perform trainings for regional focal points

  • Proactively initiate improvement projects  

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

  • PMP/PMI certification- preferred

  • Typically, 4-6 years' experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Communicate effectively in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment

  • Strong Analytical skills, logical capabilities, problem-solving and out of the box thinking

  • Self-learning capabilities

  • Very good presentation skills

  • Project management experience - multiple projects simultaneously and priorities

  • Proactive approach, innovative, open-minded, collaborative and a team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, logistics or supply chain – an advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in BI and automation processes – an advantage
