Falcon Complete Analyst Interns will work from one of CrowdStrike’s offices in San Antonio, TX; Austin, TX; or St. Louis, MO.


About the Role:

As a Falcon Complete Analyst Intern at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations center offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of experiences, detecting and responding to incidents as they occur in real-time for our customers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Work with customers to validate and respond to security concerns

  • Assist with triage of incoming customer inquiries to assess priority. Investigate and respond to requests to ensure customer environments are secure.

  • Collaborate with support teams to triage and fix customer issues

  • Study CrowdStrike Falcon Modules and technologies to appropriately address new and innovative threats. 

  • Gain exposure and familiarity of incoming issues and alerts and learn whether they are malicious.

  • Handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.


What You’ll Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year College or University working towards an AA, AS, or AAS / BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field. 

  • Graduating during or between December 2025 - August 2026

  • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.

  • Collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow interns and employees.

  • Fundamental understanding of information security, sysinternals, and network communications

Bonus Points:

Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: 

  • Incident Handling: experience conducting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hactivists.

  • Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.

  • Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals and Active Directory is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation.

  • Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to understand the nature of malware

  • Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations.
