Summary: As a Service Account Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth for a key account within a Service in a Market Unit. Your typical day will involve overseeing sales activities, strategizing to enhance revenue growth, and collaborating closely with various business units to maximize outcomes and deliver exceptional value to the client. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and foster strong relationships that contribute to the overall success of the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment among team members. - Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of client relationship management. - Experience in strategic planning and execution. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
