We are currently looking for an ATR Financial Analyst who can support a 3-month project. This role will be responsible for supporting the BAU activities of the ATR Team such as invoice clean-up, recording of transactions, and timely processing of tax payments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify the property tax bill or invoice. 

• Call the taxing authority if necessary.

• Identify, rectify, follow-up, and resolve the issues related to the bill status.

• Analyze and prepare the tax table computation.

• Prepare and process the tax payment for the supervisor's approval.

• Update the monitoring sheet or payments tracker.

• Prepare and post the journal entries in the general ledger related to payments. 

• Perform other activities may assign if needed.

Key features of candidates:

• Open to fresh graduates in BS Accountancy or related degrees

• SAP knowledge is preferred but not required

• Amenable to work in a US shift schedule
