Mission and Goals

In this role as a Full stack Web Development and Design Specialist, you will design, define and architect high-performance, cloud-hosted applications that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge backend and frontend technologies. This role will demand for designing secure APIs and robust web services and microservices will ensure smooth integration across diverse systems. The role is expected to create intuitive user interfaces that guarantee functionality and responsiveness, optimizing for all mobile devices. Collaborating closely with all stakeholders, the role will define and develop world-class, reusable user experience interactions that enhance usability and delight users.

Objectives

• Advanced Problem-Solving – Apply deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build robust solutions.
• Architecture, Design & Development – Lead the design and implementation of high-performing, cloud-hosted web applications across the full stack.
• Secure API & Microservices Development – Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs, web services, and microservices for complex integrations.
• System Integration – Build seamless interfaces that work effectively with heterogeneous systems and external services.
• Performance & Responsiveness – Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility, including mobile.
• UX Collaboration – Work closely with UX/UI teams to create reusable, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Code Quality & Testing – Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, complemented by comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Debugging & Productivity Tools – Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve defects efficiently, and develop internal tools to enhance team productivity.

Competencies

• Full stack web developer with 9-12 years of experience in Web application Design and development.

• Strong expertise in Python web development with Django (including Django REST Framework)
• Proficiency in Scala or Java for backend and enterprise application development
• Expertise in SQL and BigQuery for data querying, analytics, and reporting
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap for building responsive user interfaces when required
• Solid understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment best practices

• AI-Driven Development – Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity, code quality, and design innovation, including:
  • Code Generation & Assistance: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine
  • Automated Testing & Debugging: CodiumAI, Testim.io
  • Design & Prototyping: Figma AI, Uizard
  • Data-Driven Insights: OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers
  • DevOps Automation: AIOps tools for monitoring, CI/CD optimization, and anomaly detection
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright , Pytest, NUnit)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Splunk, Azure DevOps, AWS, TeamCity)
• Exposure to cloud-native application development and CI/CD best practices
