Job Description:
As an Associate Field Applications Engineer, you will directly contribute to client success by providing technical expertise and fostering strong relationships with customers. Working closely with the sales team, you will assist in delivering product demonstrations, customizing solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of our products into client systems. This role is pivotal in understanding and addressing customer needs, driving satisfaction, and ensuring our products meet and exceed expectations in real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and prototypes that showcase the value of our solutions.
Support the customization of technical solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs, ensuring our products address their challenges.
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing clear technical consultations and addressing customer concerns.
Validate product capabilities to ensure they meet client requirements, fostering trust and reliability in the company’s offerings.
Work alongside customers to ensure seamless product integration and ongoing technical support for long-term success.
Skills You Will Need to Be Successful:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Basic knowledge of product demonstrations, solution customization, and technical consulting.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
