Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm- 10:30pm; OT as needed by the business

What You Will Do

  • Execute production work orders within your assigned product line and/or work cell in strict compliance with approved procedures.

  • Demonstrate versatility by rotating across multiple stations within the department.

  • Take ownership of personal production output; maintain production logs and/or collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, daily/weekly cleanings, and process improvement suggestions.

  • Promote operational excellence by contributing to safety programs, cost reduction efforts, and ongoing quality and reliability improvements.

  • Maintain required competencies for all assigned stations and ensure compliance with GMP, procedures, and company policies.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team-based environment.

  • Provide feedback on opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

  • Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, punctuality, accountability, and respectful workplace behaviors.

What you Need

Preferred

  • High School diploma/GED

  • 1 year related experience

  • Clean Room experience
