The Opportunity
This position works out of our Plano, TX location in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
As the Sr Manager, Technical Services & Product Performance Group you will manage the day-to-day compliance with applicable domestic and international regulations and activities related to technical services, complaint handling, Medical Device Report (MDR) submissions, and associated physician follow up. Provide functional management for the team, including goals, projects, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Identifies technical, tools, facility and other physical resources required by the team and obtains appropriate resources. Drive optimization and execution of business processes and tools related to technical services, complaint handling, submissions to competent authorities and related processes. Exercise independent judgment in planning and organizing work; monitors and drives performance and reports status. Assure that the quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements. Promote the process of continuous quality improvement and coordinates solutions for technical and personnel issues. Resolves complex regulatory problems and issues. Ensures employee compliance with product division policies, procedures and practices.

Responsible for quality and accuracy of information provided to regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders, and clinicians.
Identifies and implements proactive strategies and metrics to ensure timeliness of reports to regulatory agencies and competent authorities. Seeks out and implements ways to accomplish higher quality deliverables more efficiently. Tracks and ensures timely review of a high volume of complaints and regulatory reports.
Collaborates with commercial teams by providing data, answering questions, and acting as an advocate for the patient experience.
Responsible for quality, comprehensiveness, and timeliness of the Technical Services team, including contact with patients, physicians, MRI centers, and other customers as needed.
Hires and retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Maintains a safe and professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the function or related field.
4 - 6 years of direct supervisor experience.
Must have demonstrated solid knowledge and experience in discipline.
Leadership experience is required. Considered a Subject Matter Expert and key contributor to initiatives. Leader and key contributor to initiatives and advancement of the Quality organization. Emerging Leader.
Demonstrates strong leadership competencies.
Makes decisions and charts course through careful evaluation of risks and benefits with limited information in conjunction with Director.
Builds/drives relationships and teamwork within team and across functions with professional demeanor.
Preferred qualifications:

The base pay for this position is
$127,300.00 – $254,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
