Job Summary:
As a Recruiter at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s dynamic workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while ensuring alignment with Accenture’s values, diversity goals, and business objectives.
Roles And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Drive Accenture’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Ensure compliance with Accenture’s policies and local labor laws.
Data and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for technology, consulting, or professional services roles.
Familiarity with the consulting industry business and culture.
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent, LinkedIn recruiter certified).
