Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the Boeing St. Louis Quality Compliance Team supporting the Mascoutah, IL (St. Clair) facility. As a member of the Quality Compliance Team, you will work in a collaborative team environment with Quality, multiple levels of Boeing Management, and our Customers to ensure compliance to Boeing policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under minimal direction and will be expected to lead through problem solving and problem resolution activities.

  • Assist with activities across functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and works with key stakeholders to design and implement solutions/preventative measures.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Up to 10% travel may be required to other St. Louis region sites including St. Charles, MO and Berkeley, MO facilities.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly and integration and/or pre-flight and delivery

  • 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • 3+ year of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results

  • 3+ year of experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and coordinating resolution of issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • Experience developing or auditing standard work

  • Experience implementing safety improvements in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Implementation.

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment (compliance)

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: Mascoutah, IL: $79,050 – $106,950
