Nextdoor’s Advertising Solutions team partners with national and regional brands to connect them with our hyper-local community of neighbours across the UK and NL through our suite of advertising products. We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic leader to manage, develop, and grow the Account Management team. You’ll bring a passion for driving customer value and business outcomes. You also enjoy building processes that scale, creating a culture of accountability, and motivating and inspiring your team to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, management, optimization within a biddable environment and self serve platformsDesire to learn the Nextdoor tech and be a product champion for their teamData-driven and analytical mindset; deliver actionable insights to drive revenue strategy and renewals

Importantly, the compensation for this role also includes a variable incentive component, which will vary depending on your achievement of sales-related goals and objectives.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
