The GM, Provider Network is responsible for maximizing the growth and retention of the provider network while overseeing the refinement and enhancement of provider economics and managing the operating model across all of the stakeholders in the business. The Senior Manager will be tasked with independently leading high-profile initiatives which may include: analyzing and recommending price changes, creating retention and conversion playbooks, testing and scaling new go-to-market strategies, improving the provider service model, and proposing enhancements to the Provider Value Proposition.

This is a high-growth part of our business that is receiving more investment, attention, and interest than ever before. As a result, the Senior Manager will also play a role in up-leveling key analytics, metrics, and results to a senior audience, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors.

Role Overview:

It is essential that this emerging executive also bring vision, leadership skills, and ability to collaboratively influence teams and organizations at all levels. This person will thrive if they bring an analytical and action-oriented approach, with an eye towards the big-picture and an ability to up-level complex concepts.

    • Leading market research efforts to assess gaps from current state to goal state

  • Support the development of a new operating model with the many cross-departmental teams who work on Provider as we formalize the GM model. Along with the GM, unite these groups towards a common goal and direction, creating a shared sense of accountability, key objectives, and KPIs

  • Drive communications of the strategy internally (e.g., create materials for and present in senior leadership team meetings) and externally (e.g., for Board of Directors meetings). Package strategic story in compelling, crisp, and clear way for these internal and external audiences

  • Be a leader who helps set the culture and tone for this newly forming team
