71,760.00 - 86,112 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Sacramento: Crisis Residential Program (In -person position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Full Time, Wednesday- Saturday, AM Shift (10 am-8 pm), 10 Hours Per Day

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

  • Master’s degree in a mental health or social science field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field
  • BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC, or Psychology Assistant, OR
  • BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
  • Valid California Driver's License

How you will make a difference (job overview):

Responsible for conducting initial assessment and developing and updating treatment plans; lead admission and discharges planning process and provide therapeutic services.

Division/Program Overview:

  • 24/7 voluntary residential setting specifically for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) at risk and need a higher level of care, but lower than a psychiatric hospital.
  • Facility equipped to serve up to 15 Youth.
  • Provides mental health services that include individual therapy, group rehabilitation, medication management, and case management.
  • Incorporates the tenets of recovery, peer support, and identifying community connections.
  • Connects individuals to educational and vocational services and initiating the process of locating housing.
