Lead the maintenance, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ensuring ongoing compliance and operational effectiveness.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits independently; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), track nonconformities to closure, and maintain system documentation. Monitor and analyze management system KPIs and lead improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and facilitate annual internal audits, management reviews, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies and external auditors, leading surveillance audits, recertification audits, customer audits, and special assessments, ensuring successful audit outcomes and certification maintenance.
Manage the lifecycle of management system documents, procedures, work instructions, and records. Deliver system training and awareness programs to promote compliance and operational excellence across the organization.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to quality, environmental management, occupational health & safety, and information security. Drive continuous improvement projects and ensure timely closure of identified issues.
Support customer audits, supplier audits, and factory assessments by coordinating audit activities and preparing required documentation and evidence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, strengthen governance, and enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the factory management system.
Promote a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
