Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

UiPath’s strategic partner ecosystem is critical to helping our customers achieve transformational outcomes with business orchestration and automation at enterprise scale. We’re looking for a seasoned partner marketing leader to define and execute the global partner marketing strategy for our GSIs and technology alliances—driving joint programs and customer success, ecosystem growth, and market leadership in close collaboration with regional partner marketing teams and stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller, relationship builder, and full-funnel marketer who can translate partner innovation into compelling customer value, while leveraging AI and automation to scale impact and operational excellence.

What you’ll do at UiPath

  • Define the partner marketing strategy and narrative that positions UiPath and its ecosystem at the forefront of business orchestration and automation, creating a unified story across GSIs and tech alliances.

  • Turn customer success into market momentum by identifying, developing, and amplifying partner-driven customer stories that influence buyers, enable sales, and showcase measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead integrated partner marketing programs across campaigns, thought leadership, events, sponsorships, awards, and co-marketing initiatives – driving awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ecosystem growth.

  • Scale an AI-powered content and communications engine that produces multi-channel content, partner communications, seller enablement, and executive visibility programs.

  • Drive strategic partner engagement and co-investment, building executive relationships with priority partners, leading MDF strategy and activation, and aligning partner marketing with global demand generation priorities.

  • Lead flagship partner events and ecosystem activation. Own partner marketing strategy and execution for Partner FUSION, UiPath flagship events, and priority partner events, creating programs that strengthen relationships, showcase innovation, and drive joint business outcomes.

  • Own the annual Partner Awards program. Manage a world-class recognition program celebrating agentic AI innovation, customer success, and vertical transformation, with winners amplified through storytelling, video, executive visibility, and FUSION-stage recognition.

  • Build and lead a high-performing, AI-augmented team and operating model, establishing rigorous measurement, ROI reporting, and scalable processes to maximize impact across a global ecosystem.

What you’ll bring

  • 8–10+ years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within enterprise software (SaaS, cloud, AI, automation, or data), including direct GSI and/or technology alliance experience.

  • A track record of building a partner narrative and content engine that drives ecosystem visibility and partner-influenced pipeline.

  • Depth in co-marketing, MDF strategy, and partner programs such as awards, certifications, and specialization frameworks.

  • Strong storytelling and content judgment—you can shape narrative and raise the bar on creative output.

  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and the appetite to build a lean, AI-augmented operating model.

  • Proven cross-functional orchestration across sales, demand gen, product, and product marketing, balancing global strategy with regional execution.

  • People leadership experience and excellent executive communication with both partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Bonus: experience in the AI / automation / agentic software category and existing relationships with major GSIs or hyperscaler partner organizations.

How we’ll measure success

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
