Purpose Statement:  Supports Program Managers with monitoring and following up on actions from daily/weekly meetings, coordinates activities with other functions, engages with customers on change orders, generates reports and maintains visual metrics.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Provide efficient administration assistance to PMs and CFT with ownership of an action log and drive completion of actions to plan, including facilitating actions from other functions
  • Supports PM with consolidating and tracking production metrics, trends, and exceptions to delivery plan, takt time, etc. Raises hand to ensure variance to plan and other issues are addressed
  • Plan, coordinate and prepare materials for customer site visits and business reviews. Coordinate and prepare for on-site customer events in coordination with Customer Experience Team.
  • Execute daily tactical tasks related to delivery such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, backlog and revenue / shipment reports, raw materials, assists in follow up and resolution of Accounts Receivable, and finished goods shipments, FIA & NREs recovery and potentially support APQP. Intermediate CRG communication with customer and coordination with CFT
  • Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; Business or Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience is required; Three (3) years or more of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
