About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

Staff strategic requirement:

. Acquire new partnership and maintain the existing key account such as Direct-sell and Brokers on Group Life and Group Medical product via business enterprise, SME, local companies and leverage the MNC accounts from AIA group to use AIA product Cambodia.

. Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and business growth in alignment with the business direction

. Monitor and communicate sales results regularly to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and decision making

. Initial a tactical campaign to drive performance for both channels direct sales & Brokers.

. SWOT analysis to see the niche market and Customize product with the right customers need

Capacity requirement/facilitator:

. Manage and engage regularly with partners to build strong relationship for up-sell/cross-sell and maintain renewal business.

. Constantly look out to develop new avenues of business with the partner to maximize the partnership potential

. Influence the decision with partners toward achieving strategic common and profitable goals

. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes, efficiency and customers experiences

People leadership:

. Monetize staff to get high productivity and meet up the AIA culture
