Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & StrategyPrudential Financial is seeking a Director of Enrollment Delivery role to lead our licensed Benefit Technology solutions supporting Prudential’s Group Insurance and Association businesses. These licensed solutions include a Selerix license, which is used to support enrollment and ongoing administration for recordkeeping Group Insurance clients and other clients looking to Prudential to provide benefits technology solutions along with insurance products. It also includes a licensed solution that is used to support Prudential Association and Affinity clients. Growing and succeeding with these licensed solutions is critical to Prudential’s Distribution growth strategy and drives customer satisfaction and market differentiation.
As Director of Enrollment Delivery, you will be responsible for defining, leading and executing the unique and differentiated strategies needed for our licensed solutions for our Employer and Association lines of business.
This position will have management responsibilities over the managers of the respective Enrollment Delivery teams and will report directly to the Vice President of HR Tech Partnerships and Enrollment Services. This role will also work alongside other leaders in Prudential’s Group HR Tech & Enrollment Solutions, in addition to working with other areas of Distribution, Operations and Product.
