Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning across multiple accounts, translating business objectives into innovative, results-driven media strategies
• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, maximizing platform effectiveness
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic recommendations and identifying growth opportunities
• Leverage consumer, market, and competitive insights to shape future-ready media strategies
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and effectiveness
• Mentor and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
• Build strong partnerships with media vendors and internal teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution
• Contribute to the overall vision, innovation, and growth of the media practice

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in media planning within an agency environment
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns, with a strong digital-first mindset
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in consumer insights, media strategy, and performance optimization
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
