About the Role

As the Data Product Owner, you’ll leverage your passion for data, analytics, and insights to help DriveWealth deliver impactful products that shape the future of our firm. This role will own DriveWealth’s data structures, models, and controls. You will be the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to define, develop, and implement the data roadmap to support various organizational objectives. You’ll identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify data processes, design solutions to modernize reporting frameworks and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, regulatory-compliant data products. 

This role will ensure that the data strategy aligns with business goals, provides actionable insights, and is built to scale with growing data needs. You’ll lead the product vision for data within our B2B ecosystem, enabling our partners and regulators to access and interpret critical client, investment, and trading data with precision and ease. Your strategic focus will center on simplifying and fortifying our platform through better data management.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a compelling vision and business case for data-focused product offerings or enhancements that align with the broader DriveWealth strategy
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for DriveWealth’s data strategy, prioritizing features that reduce risk and drive insights and value for end users and partners
  • Partner with design, compliance, operations, and engineering to ensure data products are built, tested, and launched effectively
  • Create and manage data products that integrate with partners’ investment platforms, enhancing their user insights and reporting capabilities
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring the adoption and impact of DriveWealth’s data products across global partners
  • Serve as the primary advocate for data products, communicating their value internally and externally
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the data products team
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities related to data product delivery and reporting integrity

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years of product management experience, specifically within data products, analytics, or reporting at a financial or technology firm
  • Proven expertise in building and managing data products with a focus on reporting, insights, and data accessibility
  • Strong understanding of Fintech and regulatory compliance in data product design
  • Experience with trading, account services, and brokerage technology
  • Demonstrated success in defining KPIs and driving data strategies based on analytics and insights
  • Ability to translate complex data challenges into simple, impactful solutions
  • Client-centric approach in managing API-based data products, collaborating with external partners to embed data insights in their applications
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong track record in delivering data products that drive high value and engagement
  • Collaborative team leadership style that drives high performance, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Flexible and analytical problem solver with an open approach to testing, learning, and innovating

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$230,000$260,000 USD
