Design Engineer - Locomotive structure and Sheetmetal
Role Definition
This role requires a dedicated engineering professional, specialising in core engineering disciplines, to drive outcomes within the Cabin Systems & Components department. The incumbent will be responsible for independently managing the complete design process for locomotive structures and light fabrication with minimal assistance.
Responsibilities –
Degree Requirement – BE /B tech / ME /M tech Mechanical Degree required
Skill Set Requirements -
Skilled at identifying root causes of problems, evaluating solutions, and using various analytical tools to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Understands and applies effective communication methods to clearly share and interpret information. Demonstrates the ability to give and receive constructive feedback, present ideas, write reports, and use appropriate language and non-verbal cues.
