Responsibilities:  
Basic Financial data gathering, data enrichment and data maintenance through client or in-house databases 
Extract required data set from input / source document into required output template  
Use tools and systems to ensure timely delivery 
Upload / remove reports as required on client or in-house databases 
Maintain the integrity and quality of data 
Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions / guidelines and meeting required TAT 
Ensure adherence to / compliance with performance tracking mechanism, policies / procedures of the organization 
Explore opportunities and provide ideas to improve the current processes 

What We’re Looking For:  
Strong finance or accounting specialization 
Effective communication skills (written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions 
The candidate should be willing to work rotational night shifts. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedules to meet deadlines 
Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work 
Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills 

Basic Qualifications: 
A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences or any other related field.

Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant professional experience.

Computer literacy - MS Office applications, Creating Macros will be an added advantage 
A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail. 
Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner.
